In the role of Validation Lead, you will be responsible for leading and driving validation projects forward in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have overall responsibility for validation work in production environments and the ability to lead and coordinate teams of validation engineers.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of documented experience in validation work within the Life Science industry
• Experience working as a Validation Lead, as well as designing and implementing validation strategies
• Experience coordinating the validation of equipment, processes, and computerized systems
• Experience ensuring that validation activities meet regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, GAMP5)
• The ability to monitor, drive, and quality-assure projects against set goals
• An academic education in engineering, natural sciences, or a similar field
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English

About the Consultant Role

In your daily work, you will be on-site with our clients, at our offices in central Stockholm/Uppsala, or working remotely. You will have regular meetings with your consultant manager and also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of other activities organized by the company.
